‘The fate of humans is humans.’

In the age of 17 I got Arthritis and had to take strong pain killers and as a consequence I got cardiac arrhythmia. The physicians prognosticated for me a dark future in a wheelchair.
Few years later I met a non-medical practitioner, from whom I learned reflexology and Hatha Yoga exercises. With regular self massage of the foot reflex zones and practising Yoga Asanas my health condition improved gradually.
This experience formed me deeply and in me aroused a great interest in alternative medicine and a strong faith in the self healing capacities which are inherent in everyone of us. The study of biology at the University of Jagiellonski in Krakow represents a good starting point in order to dedicate myself to the study of the nature medicine. (Study of alternative practitioner in Nuremberg and various further courses regarding alternative healing, healthy nutrition, psychotherapy, Yoga as therapy, meditation, massage and Shiatsu.)
I practice Hatha Yoga systematically since 1982; since 1998 I give Yoga courses and since 2005 I work as an independent Yoga teacher in my own studio in Torre del Mar (Malaga).
2007 I started practising Kum Nye Yoga which is a form of Tibetan Yoga taught by Tarthang Tulku.
I´m as well qualified in massage and Shiatsu therapy,
