Meditation

The goal of meditation is to reach internal peace and to silence thoughts, which then leads to the mental advancement and to experiencing the permanent bliss and happiness.

When searching for our internal peace some relaxation techniques are helpful:

1. Guided meditation: Ways to the self

Duration: 60 minutes
This meditation consists of slowly and consciously executed movements and breathing exercises and is combined with simple sitting and visualization. This kind of relaxing the body, breath and spirit permits us to experience feelings which we do not notice normally.

2. Meditative exercises to stabilize the imagination and to strengthen the mental power

Duration: 2-3 hours
The imagination and meditation exercises are 'problem'-orientated: e.g. sharpening consciousness and the concentration, composure and calming, praying, improvement of relationships, enhancement of the 'self-image', self acceptance, forgiveness, activation of the self-healing capacities.

3. Awareness meditation

In order to practice it, we do not need special abilities. We sit comfortably on the ground.

In silence we observe consciously the river of our respiration, our thoughts, emotions and feelings, without affecting or judging them. During the continuous and daily exercises we will get in touch with ourselves and we will become able to accept and love the life, as it is.

It is recommendable to learn the first steps of this meditation under a teacher´s guidance.

For the time being I offer meditation sessions currently only in German, Spanish and Polish.
