Human Experience in Light of Tibetan Buddhism.
It is never too late to heal the past. We can own and transform even the most difficult life situations, including death and our own seemingly fatal mistakes. Sharing the painful decline and death of his mother held within the backdrop of timeless teachings, Arnaud Maitland shows us how to deal with life´s constantly recurring uncertainty and confusion.
Living Without Regret brings ancient wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism into the mainstream of Western culture, invites us to face with openness and confidence the inevitable challenges and losses in life. We can pursue our highest aspirations and live a life that now, and in retrospect, is worth living.
Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) is a form of Tibetan healing system introduced into the West by Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche, a Tibetan lama and refugee. Tarthang Rinpoche specifically adapted this form of yoga to relieve the stress and tension of the modern lifestyle. Its postures and movements, meditation, as well as its self-massage and breathing practices relax the body, calm the breath and still the mind. Through Kum Nye, we are able to release blockages in our bodies where energy doesn't flow in certain places easily.
As senior instructor of Kum Nye Arnaud Maitland gives us an introduction how practicing the art of "being" and how release stress and tension in our daily lives. The practice of Kum Nye promotes balance and health, inrceases our enjoyment and appreciation of life!
